Event Weddings provides Sydney's only Free Chinese Wedding Planning Service for Australian-Chinese weddings. We are like a travel agent... but for weddings.

If you are preparing for your wedding now, we know you're concerned about a few things
(1) You don't know how much things are supposed to cost
(2) You don't know whether or not you have found the best wedding suppliers
(3) You don't know whether or not you have missed anything (and it keeps you awake at night!) 

Normally it costs $2000-$2500 to use a professional wedding planner to make sure all your bases are covered. But for a limited time, we are providing a complimentary wedding planning service for Australian-Chinese wedding couples. 

We will help you allocate your budget and help you find wedding suppliers based on your style and budget. We will also help you project manage all services that you book through us and let you know exactly what you need to do to create your perfect wedding day.

We will meet with you for a minimum of 90 minutes (or as required) for an initial meeting, and we will also meet with you for as many times as necessary based on the requirements of the wedding services that you book through us.

This service is offered to you for free because our suppliers pay us an administration fee to do what we are best at - wedding planning, budgeting, and chasing up hundreds of Emails and making phone calls for all our wedding couples. We help our suppliers free up time to do what they're best at: taking photos, making videos, doing makeup and hair and everything else!

By booking through Event Weddings, you have one single point of contact, so that when you make one small change, you don't need to renegotiate with a dozen different people. Plus, you also get access to the Event Weddings VIP Treatment, exclusive upgrades that our suppliers give to our couples for free.

What if your favourite supplier is not on our list? The great news is, we will still help you coordinate the service for free if you book through us, because this is how we grow our ever-expanding list of professional suppliers.

Also as a favour to all our couples, we are open 7 days by appointment and we can meet with you up to 10PM so that you don't need to take any time off work.
